My name is James Wyatt, and I am looking forward to the opportunity to meet and assist you on your property investment journey as the host of the Great North pin Meeting, held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
My journey in property began with a couple of Buy-to-Let properties towards the end of 2021. In 2022, I made the decision to fully immerse myself in property investment. I took the step of enrolling in the Simon Zutshi 3-day Mastermind Accelerator Programme in August 2022, and from there, I continued to his yearlong Property Mastermind program. I became a top performer on the programme and I concentrated on Rent2Rent, Commercial to residential conversions, and high-end serviced Accommodation strategies.
Through this experience, I've acquired the essential skills for success in the property business, with a focus on mindset, knowledge, and surrounding oneself with like-minded individuals who provide crucial support when needed. These principles are the foundation of pin, and we consistently promote them at every pin Meeting.
